Separate a coating claim from an oven recommendation
GreenPan explicitly describes the Elite interior and accessories as PFAS-free nonstick, meaning made without intentionally added PFAS in its stated definition. That still means coated surfaces. If you require an uncoated cavity, this is not evidence of one.
Breville supplies an enamel roasting pan and a mesh air-fry basket; its brushed stainless construction does not establish the material of every food-contact part. Cuisinart TOA-70 offers a smaller 0.6-cubic-foot chamber and analog controls. Neither is presented here as a confirmed PFAS-free equivalent.
