Glass bowl, glass window, or ceramic coating?
Only Fritaire among these three uses a glass cooking bowl. A viewing window on a drawer does not change the material underneath the food. GreenPan’s two products belong here as explicitly non-glass alternatives, not as additional glass recommendations.
Fritaire lists tempered glass, 304 stainless accessories and a small internal PPS component. Its manufacturer describes the food-contact surfaces as uncoated. That is more specific than calling the whole appliance plastic-free, which it is not. The bowl requires hand washing; the self-cleaning cycle does not make the motor unit immersible.
