One large item or two separate dishes?
A 10-quart dual-zone fryer does not offer a 10-quart opening: the Ninja divides it into two 5-quart baskets. Cosori divides 9 quarts into two 4.5-quart baskets. If you want a main and side at separate temperatures, that division is useful. If you want a broad pizza or roasting dish, it is a limitation.
